Owner & Lead Property Manager
The heart behind Check-In Ready. Shannon is known for her lightning-fast communication, obsession with detail, and a standard of excellence that keeps every property performing at its best. She personally oversees every aspect of operations and is always on call — ensuring both homeowners and guests receive five-star service and complete peace of mind.
Daniel
Head of Maintenance & Repairs
Reliable, skilled, and always ready to help, Daniel leads our trusted handyman team and keeps every property running smoothly — handling everything from emergency repairs to routine maintenance.
He and his team are on call for any issue that arises, ensuring every home stays in perfect working order.
Monique
Cleaning & Operations Manager
Monique oversees all cleaning and daily operations, managing our cleaning team, scheduling turnovers, stocking supplies, and performing detailed property inspections.
She’s also on call for cleaning or supply emergencies, ensuring every home meets our five-star level of cleanliness and readiness before each guest’s arrival.
